The purchase of a ticket to gain entry to a boogie-babies event signifies your agreement to the following conditions:

All persons require their own ticket in order to gain entry to the event (other than babies/infants that have not yet learnt to walk).

Parents and/or Guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

Children will not be admitted to an event without an accompanied adult.

Adults will not be admitted to an event without an accompanied child.

On gaining entry to the event, you also agree to the Rules and Regulations of the venue.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including misbehaviour.

Attendance at an event is at your own risk. Neither boogie-babies management nor the venue management shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises.

Drugs, pyrotechnics or similar dangerous or hazardous items are not permitted within the venue. The venue management reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue any person in procession of such items.

Bags are liable to be searched.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

The disco includes the use of flashing lights, strobe lights, smoke machines, bubble machines which can affect people with certain ailments.

Food, drink, pushchairs and prams are not allowed on the dance floor.

Alcohol can only be purchased at the event by persons aged 18 and above.

Alcohol must not be purchased or consumed by children.

No refunds will be given provided the event is run as advertised.

Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by boogie-babies. In the event of cancellation, the sole obligation of boogie-babies is to provide a full refund of the face value of the ticket.

Tickets are only valid for the event that has been booked. Tickets are non-transferable to an alternative event.

All efforts are made to provide a safe and secure environment for babies and young children.

boogie-babies may take photographs and record video at the event which may be used in advertising including displaying on the boogie-babies website.

All items provided at an event including books, musical instruments, inflatables, tents and other activity remain the property of boogie-babies unless specifically given away as part of a promotion or purchased.
